Bill has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate valuation with an emphasis on industrial properties, office, land and special use properties on behalf of commercial banks, institutional investors and lenders, corporate entities, governmental entities, law firms, individual investors and others. Bill has appraised numerous properties including the Merchandise Mart and the John Hancock Center. Bill maintains a Certified General Appraisers License in the State of Illinois. Bill is a graduate of University of Indiana.
Sue has 35 years of experience in commercial real estate counseling and valuation with an emphasis on retail properties (strip centers, single-tenant net leased properties, restaurants, etc.), industrial properties, medical office, land and special use properties. The consulting and valuation projects have been performed on behalf of commercial banks, institutional investors and lenders, corporate entities, governmental entities, law firms, individual investors and others. She has testified in Circuit Court with hearings in Cook, DuPage, Lake, Will and McHenry counties, as well as Federal Court and before the City of Chicago Zoning Board of Appeals and the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board. Sue maintains Certified General Appraiser Licenses in the State of Illinois and the State of Wisconsin. Sue is a graduate of University of Colorado and is active in the Appraisal Institute and other local real estate groups.
